1. NDIS Options
Circletalk may be funded by the NDIS subject to approval. (See below for support to claim).
Claim under Low-Cost Assistive Technology
Consumables/Communication & Information Tools - Registration Group 0124
In some cases you may claim under your core supports. See you Support Coordinator or Plan Manager.

You can also check with your Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist to view the app and include in future reports if they feel Circletalk suits your needs.

HOW TO CLAIM - NDIS Funded

Upfront Payment / Direct Purchase from the App Store
Step 1: Submit an application (https://ourguidelines.ndis.gov.au/media/1758/download?attachment) to NDIS for Approval.
Step 2: Once you have received confirmation of approval in writing, order the app from the Apple App Store.
Step 3: Submit the Apple invoice for reimbursement from the NDIS via the instructions on the approval letter.
 
Order from a Reseller
Step 1: Use the Assistive Tech NDIS Ordering tool (https://easyas.assistivetech.com.au) to start your order and download a Service Agreement.
Step 2: Submit an application (https://ourguidelines.ndis.gov.au/media/1758/download?attachment) to NDIS for Approval, accompanied by the Service Agreement
Step 3: Share your approval letter with Assistive Tech
Step 4: Assistive Tech will fulfil your order and take care of the NDIS claiming process for you.
Note: A $25 processing fee applies to app orders placed with Assistive Tech to cover their cost of administering the process.
 

Support at Home Options

If you are under a Support at Home program please ask your Case Manager or Aged Care Provider to assist with claiming under Low-Cost Assistive Technology.

Self-funded Options

Self-funded
$33 per month - Start with a 30 Day free trial
or $390 per year.
